Today, I will be reviewing the Hydragun percussion massager. I was offered this gun as a review gun (I did not pay for it). However, it does not affect my opinion and the review will be unbiased.

Three months ago, every MMA fan looked forward to UFC Vegas 17. It was the date rising star Khamzat Chimaev was scheduled to test himself against a top challenger in Leon Edwards.

But then the Russian fighter withdrew from the fight for personal reasons and the bout was abandoned. As a result, the UFC tapped 5th-ranked Stephen Thompson to face off with 11th-ranked Geoff Neal.

Muscular Guy Challenges Chute Box/Checkmat BJJ Instructor…Instantly Regrets It

A recent viral video has been circulating the internet involving a martial arts instructor and what looks to be a bodybuilder going at it hard in a gym. At first glance, it seems like a typical dojo storm scenario. An untrained individual believing they could beat anyone and challenging someone at a martial arts gym to prove his superiority. What usually happens next is the instructor skillfully handles the situation, and makes the individual give up or tap out. Then he gives him a pep talk on the importance of being humble, fist bump and life goes on.
