Did you know that Ed O'Neill (of Modern Family fame) is a legitimate black belt in brazilian jiu jitsu? Yeah that's right.  He's been training in the art since the 1990s and earned his black belt in 2007 from Rorion Gracie. 

In this video below, Maxim host (at the time) Aja Dang gets a lesson from Ed O'Neill, with some help from Rener Gracie. As expected, the video has a comedic touch to it. My favorite part of the video are actually the comments under the video.
